Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Machines and/or Manual Machines (mills and lathes).

• Perform maintenance on various machines when needed.

• Decipher job orders and identify various parts, tools, and materials.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Utilize various measuring devices and be accountable for parts, tooling, and supplies.

• Verify accuracy of paperwork and adjust fixturing, machines, thread, and check tolerances on parts.

• Periodically inspect tools, parts, and equipment for accuracy and safety.

• Remain safety-conscious at all times.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Manual and CNC machining.

• Basic computer skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Proven strong work ethic and ability to follow specific instructions.

• Decipher job orders and identify various parts, tools, and materials.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to read blueprints.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.

• Capability to cross-train on different machines.

• Ability to write programs and perform setups.
