Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (4 days a week)

Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at Force Personnel As a Diesel Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet, making a direct impact on our operations.
Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting diagnostic tests on diesel vehicles to identify faults.
Analyzing diagnostic test results to determine necessary repairs.
Replacing or repairing engine, steering, transmission, braking, or lighting system components.
Inspecting and ensuring the proper functioning of vehicle lighting systems.
Conducting test drives to assess vehicle performance.
Performing preventative maintenance on service trucks.
Maintaining comprehensive records of all serviced vehicles.
Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist.
Managing a parts inventory.
Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the workshop.
Diesel Mechanic Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A degree or diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering (or equivalent).
ASE Diesel Certification (advantageous).
A valid driver's license.
Strong mathematical and scientific aptitude.
Advanced knowledge of diesel engine components.
Proficiency with IT and diagnostic tools.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 150 pounds.
Skill in using maintenance and repair tools.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities.
