As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our company facilities. Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Skills Required:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
The ability to read and follow both verbal and written instructions.
A commitment to understanding and adhering to all safety policies and guidelines required for the job.
Physical stamina to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours daily, including outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
The capability to regularly lift, push, and pull objects within safety limits.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, saws, power screwdrivers, and drills.
Competence in driving forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, golf carts, and company trucks.
The skill to operate a company vehicle, forklifts, scissor lifts, and golf carts.
The ability to use ladders safely.
A strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining company facilities.
Essential Job Functions:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting groundskeeping tasks to maintain the exterior areas of our facilities.
Utilizing company vehicles, forklifts, and golf carts to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
Performing routine building maintenance as needed.
Supporting a clean and orderly work environment.
Observing and strictly adhering to all safety rules and attending necessary safety training.
Participating in painting and repairing all parts of building structures as qualified.
Being available to work extra hours as required to prepare for inclement weather and maintain a safe work environment.
Maintaining thorough documentation and following work orders meticulously, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Additional Information:
Employees may be required to work more or less than 40 hours per week as part of their regular schedule based on production needs.
