Job Title: International Painter

Position Summary:
The Painter is responsible for preparing, finishing, and maintaining interior and exterior surfaces. This includes applying a variety of coatings, performing touch-ups, and ensuring quality standards. The role may also involve training and guiding other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, prime, sand, patch, and finish surfaces using materials such as lacquer, enamel, and waterproof coatings.
Apply paint and finishes to walls, fixtures, and various structures.
Mix and adjust paint colors for accurate matching.
Operate, clean, and maintain painting tools and equipment.
Safely store materials and maintain accurate service records.
Assist in training and directing staff as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines, including proper respirator use.
Qualifications:
Proficient in using painting tools and equipment safely.
Ability to mix paints and apply finishes accurately.
Physically capable of performing heavy labor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
