Job Title: Material Handler/Utility Personnel

Starting Pay: $14.00/hour (Evaluation based on experience, skills, and longevity)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Includes one thirty-minute AM break/lunch and one thirty-minute PM break/lunch.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and seasoned Material Handling Specialist who takes pride in their work and is committed to getting the job done safely and efficiently. This is a cross-trained position that begins with warehouse, material handling, and general utility duties. On-the-job training and experience may lead to advancements in various roles within manufacturing and plastic injection molding, such as maintenance, production, quality control, tooling, or management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up/sit-down forklifts with precision and safety.

• Drive a 1-ton bobtail delivery truck (similar to a furniture moving truck) for deliveries.

• Manage and maintain raw materials and finished goods inventory in the warehouse.

• Prepare raw materials for production and ensure they are readily available.

• Support production technicians and packaging personnel in their daily tasks.

• Physically lift and move items up to 50 lbs independently.

• Handle materials weighing up to 200 lbs using proper material handling equipment.

Key Requirements:

• Maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Forklift certification preferred, but not necessary.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience and Skillsets:

• Work experience in plastic injection molding.

• Vo-tech training or experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or maintenance fields.

• Military service background is a plus.
