Job Description: Assembler/Labor Worker

Pay: $13.00/hourly

Schedule: 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a consistent, seasoned Assembler/Labor Worker who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to completing projects safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble urinal screens and plastic parts.

• Perform quality control on assembled urinal screens and plastic parts.

• Clean, package, and label products during downtime.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check (no violent, theft, or sex crimes).

• Ability to pass a drug panel.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
