As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the business. You will be responsible for tasks such as data entry, answering phones, taking and recording orders, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, and engaging with customers in a personable and polite manner. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will be essential as this position is customer-facing, working in full view of clients.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Successful completion of a criminal background check
Ability to pass a drug panel (OMMA patients are accepted)
Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
Essential Job Duties:
Accurate data entry to ensure smooth business operations
Efficiently answering and managing incoming phone calls
Recording and organizing customer orders for streamlined processes
Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively
Experience Required:
1-2 years of office administration/assistant experience is preferred
Proficiency in handling multi-line telephones
Prior experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Familiarity with journal entry processes (experience is helpful)
Willingness to learn proprietary software to process AP/AR efficiently
