We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and career-minded Administrative Coordinator / Customer Service Representative for a well-established Oklahoma City company.
This position was previously designed as a combination of office and warehouse responsibilities. The client has now transitioned the role into a fully administrative position, allowing the selected candidate to focus entirely on customer service, order processing, data entry, inside sales support, and day-to-day office operations.
There are no heavy lifting or warehouse duties associated with this position.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, handling detailed information, and learning how a successful business operates from the inside.

Starting Pay
$16.00–$18.00 per hour
Starting pay will be based on previous experience, qualifications, work history, and overall fit for the position.
Employees who demonstrate strong performance, accuracy, dependability, initiative, and continued growth may also have opportunities for future merit-based pay increases.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM–4:00 PM
One-hour lunch break
Occasional overtime may be required depending on business needs.

What You'll Be Doing
This position supports the daily administrative, customer service, sales, and order-processing functions of the company.
Responsibilities may include:
Entering customer information accurately into company systems
Entering product and order information
Processing customer orders
Reviewing orders for completeness and accuracy
Auditing orders before they are finalized
Identifying and correcting order discrepancies
Answering incoming phone calls
Assisting customers professionally and courteously
Responding to customer questions regarding products, orders, and availability
Providing basic inside sales support
Assisting customers with product-related questions
Communicating order updates and other information to customers
Maintaining accurate customer and order records
Organizing office documentation
Updating internal records and databases
Learning company products and product terminology
Learning internal order-processing procedures
Supporting management with administrative responsibilities
Assisting with daily operational coordination
Communicating with coworkers regarding customer needs and order status
Helping ensure orders move through the system correctly
Maintaining an organized and professional workspace
Completing additional administrative duties as assigned

Customer Service & Inside Sales
A major part of this role involves communicating directly with customers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable:
Answering phones throughout the day
Speaking professionally with customers
Learning company products
Answering basic product questions
Helping customers determine what they need
Providing information regarding product availability
Assisting with customer orders
Following up when additional information is needed
Building positive relationships with repeat customers
Previous inside sales experience is helpful, but candidates do not need to be aggressive salespeople.

Order Entry & Accuracy
Attention to detail is extremely important in this position.
The selected candidate will work with customer orders and product information, so mistakes can affect customers, inventory, billing, and overall operations.
