Job Description: Banquet Server

Hourly Pay: $14.00

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms as per event orders, including table set-up, decoration, and buffet arrangement.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to event specifications.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and banquet areas.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.

• Ensure all guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

• Assist with event clean-up and breakdown as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

• All black attire required, including a black long-sleeve button-up shirt, black slacks/pants, black belt, and black non-slip shoes.

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Part-time positions available.
