Are you a courteous and professional individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team, responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests at special functions and events. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in greeting guests, assisting with event preparation, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the occasion.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the venue, assisting them in finding their seats and providing a warm welcome.
- Attend to guests' comfort by answering questions, taking orders, conveying special instructions to the kitchen and bar, and serving food and beverages promptly.
- Guide guests to necessary services and features within the venue, and offer informative tours of the location when required.
- Assist with event preparation, including the set-up and dismantling of tables, tablecloths, place settings, and buffets, ensuring a visually appealing and organized environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support a seamless event flow and guarantee guest satisfaction.
Adhere to safety and quality regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server is preferred, showcasing your ability to provide top-notch service.
- Courteous and attentive approach to interacting with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job, including prolonged periods of standing, climbing stairs, and carrying heavyweights.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, enabling effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, following instructions and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of events.

Uniform Requirements:
- Black slip-resistant shoes for safety and comfort during your shift.
- Black long-sleeve button-down shirt, projecting a professional appearance.
- Black slacks, ensuring a polished and cohesive uniform.
- Uniform must be well-maintained, free from holes and tears, to represent our commitment to excellence.
- Long hair must be neatly tied back, not touching the collar of the shirt, promoting cleanliness and adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Basic grooming habits must be maintained, including short and clean fingernails, and clean and trimmed beards for a professional presentation.
