Job Description
A Barns Workers is responsible for taking care of a the barns and stables general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests and vendors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Keeping floors clean and free of debris
- Keeping hallways and aisles clean and free of debris
- Keeping outdoor areas clean
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Removing trash
- Providing excellent customer service to guests during livestock shows and other events
- Assisting in setting up events
- Assisting in setting up temporary fencing/panels, temporary stables, and installing/removing stall gates/panels
- Cleaning and sanitizing livestock stalls
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask
- Be detail oriented
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs
Background Requirements:
- No sex offenders
- No violent offenders
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week - off days will change weekly
- 1st Shift - 8: 00am to 4: 00pm
- 2nd Shift - 4: 00pm to 12: 00am
- 3rd Shift - 12: 00am to 8: 00am
Pay:
- $10.00 - $11.00 per hour (depending on shift)
- Paid weekly (Wednesday)
This is a long-term position with the possibility of being hired full-time by the client for candidates who have great work ethic and a desire to move up within the organization.
