We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a temporary staffing firm located in Oklahoma City who offers daily and long-term work to the community we serve. As a CSR you will be responsible for assisting our customers and our employees by providing information about our services, taking work orders, and resolving issues. You will also be responsible for assisting in the daily payroll functions for the employees who are sent to work on daily work assignments. The ideal candidates will be self-starters who work well in a fast-paced environment and who can easily adapt to changes in workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and employee inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the services we offer
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer and employee records based on interactions
- Assist applicants in office during the application, interview, and hiring phases
- Maintain accurate customer and employee records
- Process daily and/or weekly payroll as directed
- Translate documents from English to Spanish
- Verbal translations for Spanish speaking applicants
- Keep inventory of equipment as directed
- Ability to compile reports as directed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish/English speaking, reading, and writing
- High School Diploma
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent phone skills
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 10: 00am to 6: 30pm
- One Saturday per month 6: 00am to 8: 00am (approximately)
