Key Responsibilities: In this position, you'll engage in the installation, repair, and replacement of roofs, ensuring the longevity and functionality of commercial structures. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up, using, and maintaining both manual and power tools effectively.
Thoroughly inspecting roofs and roof surfaces to assess their condition.
Installing, repairing, and replacing various types of roofs with precision.
Applying waterproofing materials to ensure optimal protection against the elements.
Requirements:
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Good physical condition to handle the demands of the role.
Preferred: 6 months of general labor experience.
Proficiency in the setup, use, and maintenance of tools.
Work Environment: Commercial Roofers will work in various outdoor elements, showcasing their dedication and resilience. The role requires physical stamina to lift heavy materials and comfort working at heights.
Working Hours: The standard work week will be Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. During peak seasons, Commercial Roofers may be asked to work longer hours and weekends to meet project demands.
