Job Title: Equipment and Supply Specialist
Location: West side OKC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (with mandatory overtime as required)

Our team is looking for a dedicated Equipment and Supply Specialist to manage our Tool Crib and maintenance inventory, ensuring every department has access to the tools, consumables, and well-maintained equipment they need. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and a deep understanding of inventory and maintenance management. Requirements:

• Background Check: Must pass a national background check (No felonies)

• Drug Screen: Must pass a drug panel (No medical marijuana permitted)

• Physical: Must be able to pass a physical exam

• Lifting: Able to lift 50+ lbs

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

• Ability to learn and operate database software; SQL knowledge is a plus

• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing tools, equipment, and consumables

• Experience managing tool crib inventory is a plus

• Ability to travel between multiple buildings, operate company vehicles, golf carts, and forklifts (preferred)

• Competent in operating a smartphone and using safety PPE

Essential Job Functions:

• Tool Crib Management: Issue parts, consumables, and tools; record all transactions in CMMS

• Inventory Tracking: Update CMMS software to reflect the current inventory and status of tools and equipment

• Equipment Allocation: Allocate tools, equipment, and consumables to departments as needed

• Maintenance Scheduling: Assist in creating maintenance schedules, generating work orders, and inputting data into CMMS

• Vendor Coordination: Ensure active vendors have current Certificates of Insurance; facilitate necessary approvals

• Purchasing Support: Gather quotes, process purchasing requisitions, follow up on purchase orders, and verify deliveries

• Communication: Act as a point of contact for interdepartmental communication and with outside vendors

• Documentation & Safety Compliance: Process paperwork accurately, follow safety protocols, and attend safety trainings
