Position: Finish Carpenter

Pay:$18.00 - 25.00 Hourly

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:00Am - 3:30 Pm (30 minute lunch break)

Job Summary: As a Finish Carpenter, you'll play a vital role in adding the final touches to various construction and manufacturing endeavors. Your expertise in trim carpentry and precise installations will contribute to the overall quality and aesthetic of our projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute finish and trim carpentry tasks according to plans and specifications.

• Measure, cut, and expertly install fixtures, millwork, doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, furniture, and more.

• Set up scaffolding or ladders as needed to access different work areas.

• Collaborate effectively with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to ensure successful project completion.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues with building components and equipment.

• Adhere to established regulations and prioritize safety at all worksites.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate.

• Completion of a relevant finish carpentry training program, apprenticeship, or a minimum of five years of carpentry experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precise installations.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints to accurately implement design plans.

• Skill in using both common hand tools and power tools.

• Possession of personal protective equipment (PPE) and necessary carpentry trade tools.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills.

• Physical stamina to handle equipment, work at various heights, and navigate tight spaces.
