Position: General Laborer

Key Responsibilities: In this position, you'll be involved in a variety of assignments that require physical effort and commitment. Your responsibilities will include:
Sanitation - Participating in trash truck routes to maintain cleanliness.
Demolition - Assisting in demolishing structures as needed.
Construction Site Clean-up - Ensuring construction sites are clean and safe.
Loading/Unloading - Assisting in loading and unloading tasks within warehouse settings.
Dishwashing - Supporting in dishwashing operations.
Landfill - Participating in trash collection at landfills.
Landscape - Contributing to landscaping tasks for various projects.
Operating and caring for construction equipment and machinery.
Assisting skilled laborers, equipment operators, and carpenters when necessary.
Preparing construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
Loading and unloading construction materials.
Assembling and disassembling temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
Removing, filling, or compacting earth material.
Following instructions from supervisors and assisting craft workers.
Being ready to learn from on-the-job training as needed.
Conducting site clean-up activities.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks.
Reliability and commitment to delivering quality work.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Schedule:
5:00 Am Start Time
3:00 - 7:00 End Time
We offer transportation to and from job sites, making it convenient for you to reach the work locations. You are required to arrive at our office at 5:00 AM ready to start your day. Daily pay positions offer competitive hourly rates, ranging from $10 to $17 per hour, based on experience and assignment.
