Key Responsibilities:

• Load products into appropriate cartons or containers for shipping/distribution.

• Ensure product packaging meets and exceeds quality standards.

• Adhere to safe working practices at all times to maintain a secure and productive environment.

• Utilize labeling equipment to accurately mark packages, ensuring correct information is applied.

• Ensure correct stacking and packing of boxes onto pallets, optimizing space and minimizing damage.

• Participate in stocktaking processes as required to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Maintain cleanliness in the production environment, upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Food Packer or in a related position within the food industry.

• Knowledge of food safety principles and packaging regulations.

• Ability to interpret instructions accurately and efficiently.

• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items.

• Familiarity with industrial machinery such as labelers and packers.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent hand-eye coordination.

Shift Schedule:

• Shift A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

• Shift B: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

• Shift C: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

• Shift D: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Compensation:

• $15.00 - $16.00/Hourly

Additional Requirements:

• No smoking on the premises.

• 12-hour morning/overnight shifts with specified break and lunch times.

• Hair net and/or beard net, as well as specific gloves, must be worn at all times on the production floor.

• Strict adherence to the policy against food or drinks in the production area.
