Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating days/nights (24/7 operation)
tarting Pay: Competitive + $0.50/hr raise upon permanent hire

We are hiring Industrial Printing Machine Operators to join our fast-paced production team! Whether you're experienced with high-speed Folder Gluers, Nesters, or Die Cutters, or are someone eager to grow into these technical roles — this is your chance to work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment with full company-paid healthcare and a profit-sharing program that rewards your hard work.

What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Printing Machine Operator, you may specialize in one or more of the following machines depending on your background and training:

Signature Folder Gluer Operator

  • Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed folding/gluing machines

  • Ensure proper alignment, fold quality, and glue application

  • Perform visual inspections and adjust machine settings as needed

Nester Operator

  • Operate nesting equipment in alignment with production schedules

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist in component builds

  • Support machine setups and transitions while learning full operations

Die Cutter Operator

  • Operate precision die-cutting equipment to meet quality standards

  • Use tools like calipers and micrometers to inspect product dimensions

  • Set up machines based on job specs and assist in changeovers

What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset

  • Comfortable using measuring tools and visual inspection

  • Ability to stand for up to 11.5 hours and lift up to 30 lbs

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills

  • Open to learning, cross-training, and career advancement

  • Willing to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule including nights/weekends

Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates!
