Starting Salary: $18.00*/hour (*Based on experience, skills, longevity)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM (two 30-minute Break/Lunch) [3-day weekends]

Position Overview:

We are seeking a consistent, seasoned Injection Molding Process Technician with a strong sense of pride in their work and a commitment to completing projects safely and on time. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plastic injection molding, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment.

• Facilitate all necessary injection molding production from sales to deliverables.

• Work in a team environment to organize, set up, and manage injection molding processes.

• Support, implement, and improve quality control and lean manufacturing processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding.

• Maintain a valid current Oklahoma driver's license.

• Pass a drug screen and background check.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

• Exceptional attendance, attitude, and accountability.

Beneficial Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with injection molding auxiliary equipment and molding machines.

• Experience with injection mold setup, changeover, cleaning, and protective care.

• Experience with injection molding processing parameters and quality control criteria.

• Experience with implementing first articles on new molds and parts for the first time.

• Experience with establishing specific measurable results for continuous improvements.

• Forklift certification preferred but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.

• Oversee the entire injection molding production process, from sales to deliverables.

• Collaborate with team members to manage setup and operations of injection molding.

• Implement and enhance quality control measures and lean manufacturing processes.
