Position Summary:
The Painter is responsible for preparing, finishing, and maintaining interior and exterior surfaces. This includes applying a variety of coatings, performing touch-ups, and ensuring quality standards. The role may also involve training and guiding other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, prime, sand, patch, and finish surfaces using materials such as lacquer, enamel, and waterproof coatings.

• Apply paint and finishes to walls, fixtures, and various structures.

• Mix and adjust paint colors for accurate matching.

• Operate, clean, and maintain painting tools and equipment.

• Safely store materials and maintain accurate service records.

• Assist in training and directing staff as needed.

• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper respirator use.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in using painting tools and equipment safely.

• Ability to mix paints and apply finishes accurately.

• Physically capable of performing heavy labor.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
