Job Title: Kit & Component Associate
Location: West Side, Oklahoma City
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: Competitive (Based on experience)

Background Check & Drug Screening:

• Must pass a national background check (No felonies whatsoever)

• Must pass a drug panel (Safety Sensitive, no OMMA permitted)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kit & Component Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in the daily operations, ensuring that our branches and customers receive the necessary repair kits and components on time and with accuracy. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills & Preferred Experience:

• Inventory/Warehouse experience preferred

• Must possess excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration

• Proficiency in computer skills is a plus

Essential Job Functions:

• Product Handling & Organization:

  • Pull and gather products using bin locations and part numbers for accurate order assembly.

  • Build and package boxes for repair kits and products being shipped to assembly branches.

  • Create accurate labels for all products to ensure proper identification.

  • Weigh pallets for motor freight shipments and prepare them for distribution to various branches.

• Order Fulfillment & Shipping:

  • Responsible for pulling, labeling, and shipping materials to assembly branches, service repair branches, and customers.

  • Operate equipment such as an insta-packer and shipping modules to efficiently handle orders.

• Safety & Cleanliness:

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure that all safety protocols are followed diligently.

  • Safety is a top priority, and the ability to work safely and efficiently is required.

• Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and communicating effectively to meet daily goals.

  • Follow both oral and written instructions to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

• Gathering multiple items to complete orders accurately and on time.

• Fulfillment of activities related to:

  • Pulling and labeling products

  • Gathering and shipping materials

  • Distributing products to branches

  • Operating equipment like the insta-packer and shipping modules

  • Supporting assembly and service repair branches and customers with timely deliveries.
