Maintenance Technician III – Safety Sensitive Role
Location:West Oklahoma City
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Maintenance Technician III to join our team. In this safety-sensitive position, you will be instrumental in maintaining our production equipment and company property in optimal condition. This role requires a proactive individual with a commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork.

Education Required:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices.

  • Ability to interpret diagrams, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and schematic diagrams.

  • Skills in electrical and/or HVAC systems are a plus.

  • Proficient with hand and power tools such as hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, saws, power drills, and more.

  • Certified or experienced in operating forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, golf carts, and company vehicles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.

  • Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.

  • Physical stamina to walk, stand, stoop, and use ladders for extended periods, even in varying weather conditions.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining company facilities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in diagnosing and repairing machine/equipment malfunctions and replacing defective components.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, including CNC lathes, mills, cranes, hoists, welders, and compressors.

  • Aid in the assembly, installation, and repair of wiring, electronics, plumbing, and other essential systems.

  • Maintain the grounds through mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscaping tasks.

  • Conduct routine building maintenance, including light fixture replacements, HVAC filter changes, and basic repairs.

  • Perform cleaning tasks, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom upkeep.

  • Supervise and assist on-site vendors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

  • Support departmental moves by rearranging furniture, transporting boxes, and cleaning spaces as needed.

  • Perform structural repairs, including painting, roof fixes, and drywall or woodwork maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete work orders diligently.

  • Adjust schedules and prepare for inclement weather by implementing necessary safety measures.

Requirements:

  • Must pass a national background check (NO FELONIES WHATSOEVER).

  • Must pass a physical examination.

  • Must pass a 12-panel drug screening (NO marijuana use permitted).
