Position: Manufacturing Mechanic
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-10 hours per day

Position Summary:
Are you an experienced and reliable Manufacturing Mechanic with a knack for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at Force Personnel. As a Manufacturing Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of our machinery and equipment, contributing to our overall production efficiency.
Essential Functions:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing malfunctions and conducting repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance on a variety of equipment and machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and industrial systems.
Operating and inspecting machines and equipment to diagnose defects.
Dismantling and reassembling equipment and machinery using hoists and hand tools.
Replacing defective parts and subassemblies.
Testing overhauled equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operating efficiency.
Welding broken parts and structural members.
Repairing and replacing damaged or worn parts.
Examining parts for damage or excessive wear, utilizing micrometers and gauges.
Welding or cutting metal and fixing broken parts and structural components using electric or gas welders.
Providing servicing and maintenance for heavy vehicles as needed.
Undertaking additional maintenance and servicing tasks as required.
Work Context:
In this role, you will:
Wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, and gloves.
Be exposed to various indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
Work up to 8-10 hours per day.
Have the ability to work independently.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills.
Pay meticulous attention to detail when completing tasks.
Exhibit reliability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
