Job Description: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Requirements/Schedule:

Hourly Pay: $15.00

Must pass a drug panel, no Medical Marijuana permitted.

Must pass a national background check.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive new inventory and audit existing inventory.

• Process orders and assist branches by phone and email.

• Ship orders daily via courier and UPS.

• Assist bank employees while shopping for merchandise in Central Purchasing company store.

Preferences:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to learn, banking software applications.

• Detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy.

• Ability to work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Ability to work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.

• Daily attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job.

Physical Requirements:

• Use of computer screens.

• Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see, or hear.

• Frequent standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling, or crouching.

• Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 50 pounds.
