Job Title: Shipping Associate (Tier 1)
Location: West Side OKC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (mandatory overtime as needed)
Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced shipping and logistics team as a Shipping Associate (Tier 1)! This position is perfect for a detail-oriented, organized individual who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy. You’ll prepare valves and related items for shipment, create and attach tags, ensure accurate documentation (including Bills of Lading and export details), and help keep our shipping line running smoothly.
Requirements:
Background Check: Must pass a national background check (No felonies)
Drug Panel: Must pass a drug panel (No medical marijuana permitted)
Physical Exam: Must be able to pass a physical
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to use a pallet jack (required)
Forklift operation skills (preferred)
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
Previous shipping experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Engrave and attach identification tags to valves
Drill, wire, and secure tags and caps as required
Prepare boxes and materials at the end of the shipping line
Review and follow detailed Work Orders
Inspect items for quality and accuracy
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
