Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a passion for precision work and a commitment to completing projects safely and efficiently. This role offers competitive compensation based on experience ($18.00 - $25.00 per hour) and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality production in a collaborative environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Two 30-minute breaks (AM and PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain CNC machinery with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure timely completion of production tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tool room environment.
Troubleshoot issues with equipment and tools as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
Proven proficiency in manual tool room machinery.
Strong sense of accountability and outstanding attendance record.
Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in plastic injection mold repair and maintenance.
Ability to review and create part and injection mold drawings.
Skilled in designing and building new injection molds.
Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks or equivalent).
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam or equivalent).
Experience operating CNC and EDM equipment.
