Job Description

Force Personnel Services is looking to add to our team and continue growing our firm to the next level in the Oklahoma staffing and employment landscape. We were established in 2008, originally as a day labor solution for construction companies, but have expanded our services to meet demands in fields such as manufacturing, industrial, event services, and a variety of other businesses who need staffing solutions. We are a woman-owned company with a diverse team whose mission is to find creative solutions for companies with staffing needs. The Sales Representative will work closely with other members of the business development team, recruiters, managers, and owner to create custom solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships
  • Prospect and qualify sales leads
  • Respond quickly to sales leads
  • Listen to clients to develop staffing solutions that meet their business model needs
  • Timely prepare and deliver pricing models and service agreements to prospective and current clients
  • Track and report sales efforts and meeting results daily
  • Communicate with the recruiting staff, and General Manager, client needs, changes, and issues arising that can affect service
  • Respond quickly to client requests
  • Be present at client locations to routinely address issues or recognize opportunities
  • Be able to recognize and quickly report safety conditions and concerns on customer sites
  • Evaluate current and prospective client profitability and pursue changes to increase profitability as market conditions allow
  • Identify Wallet Share opportunities and develop and deliver plans to clients to secure those opportunities
  • Meet weekly, and as needed, with Management and recruiting staff to discuss current and prospective opportunities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related field
  • 3-to-5 years experience in Business-to-Business sales
  • 2-to-4 years experience in Account Management
  • Staffing experience helpful, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with FUTA, SUTA, and tax burdens preferred, but not required
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to recognize, investigate, and report on current market trends
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Ability to listen and adapt to critique and recommendations in a positive manner
  • Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
