Job description

This position will be a hybrid role, partial welding, partial general labor. Our company is looking for employees that will buy into their systems, and be consistent on a week to week basis. These employees can NOT be scared of heights, the welding will be structural stick welding and the labor with be construction General Labor based.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Clean and maintain welding equipment and work area
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Good physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of proper safety procedures
