Position Overview
Force Personnel is hiring two Traveling Gas Tank Installation Technicians for a growing Oklahoma-based company.
This position involves assisting with the installation of gas tanks at commercial job sites. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical outdoor work, traveling regularly, and working mandatory overtime when needed.
Most projects are located within Oklahoma, with occasional travel to Arkansas and Texas. Employees will travel with the crew in a company-provided vehicle. Per diem will be provided for qualifying out-of-town work.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with the installation of gas tanks
Dig ditches and prepare installation areas
Perform shoveling and general construction labor
Read and use a tape measure accurately
Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
Assist experienced technicians and crew leaders
Keep job sites clean and organized
Follow all company and job-site safety procedures
Complete additional installation duties as assigned

Monday through Friday
Approximately 40–60 hours per week
Mandatory overtime is required
Frequent travel throughout Oklahoma
Occasional travel to Arkansas and Texas
Company transportation provided from the reporting location
Overnight stays may be required
Per diem provided for qualifying out-of-town projects

Candidate Requirements
Previous construction, excavation, utility, plumbing, installation, or general labor experience is preferred
Must be able to read a tape measure
Must be comfortable digging and shoveling
Must be able to perform physically demanding work
Must be willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
Must be willing to travel and stay overnight when required
Must be dependable and report to work on time
Must be willing to work mandatory overtime
Must be able to follow directions and work safely as part of a crew
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
A valid Oklahoma medical marijuana card may be accepted. However, employees may not use marijuana or any impairing substance before work, during work, while traveling in a company vehicle, or while performing job duties.

Candidates must be able to:
Stand and walk for extended periods
Bend, kneel, climb, dig, and shovel
Lift and move tools, materials, and equipment
Work outdoors in hot, cold, or changing weather
Perform physical labor throughout the workday

Compensation
This position pays up to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and final assignment details. The confirmed pay rate will be discussed before placement.
Employees will be paid weekly during the temporary period.
Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity
This position begins with an approximately three-month temporary evaluation period. Candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, dependability, safety awareness, and job performance may be considered for permanent employment with the client.
