Job Title: Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Pay: $14.50/Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Mandatory overtime required during busy seasons

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist who takes pride in their work and is committed to completing projects in a safe and timely manner. This position is essential to maintaining the flow of operations within our warehouse, which specializes in barbecue grill products shipped nationwide.

Essential Job Duties:

• Operate sit-down forklifts and manual/electric pallet jacks with precision.

• Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring safe handling of all items.

• Conduct inventory management and keep the warehouse clean and organized.

• Utilize computer systems to enter and manage inventory data.

• Regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is essential.

• Proficiency in operating a set-down forklift and some experience in shipping operations.

• Must be capable of consistently lifting 50 lbs and working in a non-air-conditioned environment.

• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed, especially during peak seasons.

• Reliable transportation to and from work is preferred.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and workloads.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug panel (No medical marijuana permitted).

• Must be able to pass a background check.
