Job Title: Yard Man

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime Required)

Pay: Starting rate based on experience, with opportunities for merit-based increases and career advancement.

Key Requirements:

• Must pass a drug panel.

• Must pass a background check (No sex crimes, violent crimes, or theft).

• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs.

• Steel-toed boots, jeans, and a non-offensive t-shirt are required for attire.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hard-working and consistent Yard Man who takes pride in their work and contributes to the success of the team. This position is integral to our operations as a leading fence company, requiring someone who is physically strong, customer-friendly, and dependable. You'll be responsible for handling various tasks in the yard, including loading and unloading products, operating a sit-down forklift, and working in both hot and cold environments.

Essential Job Duties:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload products safely and efficiently.

• Regularly lift and move heavy items, weighing 75+ lbs.

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.).

• Maintain a clean, organized yard and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, representing the company professionally.

• Assist with organizing materials, ensuring accurate inventory management.

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations.

• Friendly, clean-cut, and strong work ethic with a “farm boy” attitude who can handle physical tasks.

• Strong communication skills and reliability are essential.
